How to make Organic Chicken Shashlik..!

Organic chicken shashlik is a super spicy and delicious recipe that will gratify your taste buds. The combination of organic chicken, vegetables, and spicy sauces will give you a unique taste. It’s a less time-consuming recipe and can be made effortlessly at home. Whenever you want to make your dinner/ lunch special with your family or guests, you must try organic chicken shashlik.


   For Marination:

  • Organic Chicken (boneless) – 700 grams (cut into small pieces)
  • Garlic Powder – one teaspoon
  • Black pepper – one teaspoon
  • Salt – one teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – one teaspoon
  • Vinegar – one teaspoon

   For Cooking:

  • Oil – 2 teaspoons
  • Tomato (finely cut) – 2
  • Onion (finely cut) – 2
  • Capsicum (finely cut) – 2
  • Tomato paste – one cup
  • Ketchup – half a cup
  • Soy sauce – one teaspoon
  • Ginger Paste – one teaspoon
  • Garlic paste – one teaspoon
  • organic chicken stock – 1 cup
  • Corn flour – one teaspoon
  • Sugar – one teaspoon
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce – one teaspoon
  • Vinegar – one teaspoon
  • Black pepper – one teaspoon
  • Salt (to taste)



  • Take 700 grams of finely cut boneless organic chicken in a bowl.
  • Put in one teaspoon of garlic paste.
  • Now add a spoon of vinegar and soy sauce (same quantity) to it.
  • Put in a spoon of black pepper (powdered).
  • Lastly, a spoon of salt (or to taste).
  • Marination will complete after half an hour.

  Vegetables Fry:

  • Put in two teaspoons of cooking oil in a pan or wok, and heat on full flame.
  • It’s time to add tomatoes along with onion (both sliced).
  • Saute for a while and then add finely cut capsicum.
  • Saute and stir for two to three minutes to fry completely.
  • When vegetables are properly fried, turn off the heat and set aside for later use.

  • Take a pan and add two teaspoons of cooking oil. Heat it on full.
  • Add the marinated organic chicken to fry.
  • Saute and stir for a few seconds on high flame.
  • Now cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes on moderate flame.
  • You can stop the flame when the colour of each piece is changed to golden.
  • Save it for later use.

  Sauce Making:

  • Heat two teaspoons of oil in a wok and add one teaspoon of garlic ginger paste.
  • Saute on full heat for a few moments.
  • First thing to add is a cup of tomato paste and then ketchup (1/2 cup).
  • Put in two teaspoons of chilli garlic sauce and a spoon of soy sauce.
  • Add a teaspoon of white vinegar and one teaspoon of black pepper powder.
  • Lastly, add salt to the amount you want.
  • Swirl adequately for a few moments, and your shashlik sauce is ready.


  • Prepare a mixture by blending one teaspoon of cornflour in a cup of organic chicken stock.
  • Add this mixture to shashlik sauce (while on heat).
  • Put in one tablespoon of sugar and stir it.
  • Now add the fried organic chicken and fried vegetables to the sauce.
  • Stir good and heat for a while on low.
  • Your delicious organic chicken shashlik is ready.
  • It’s time to serve your loved ones.
